Cooking Directions :
200g WAY Chili Crab sauce, 300g crab, 1 beaten egg, 1 onion(sliced), 1 tomato(cut into 8pcs), 180ml tomato juice, coriander (optional) Rub 50g WAY sauce into crab and leave it for 10min.
Mix tomato juice and 150g WAY sauce well in a pot. Put onion and crab and cook until boiled.
Add tomato and simmer for about 10min. Turn off the heat, add the egg and mix well. Garnish with coriander (optional).
